At Remind Insoles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your performance and comfort. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the insoles in their original packaging and secure them in a shipping mailer with the return label clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
